Goods should be in unused condition and with all packing, dust bags and tags to be eligible for an exchange / refund. It is at our discretion to reject a return if it seems in a used condition, scratched, spoiled, missing any parts, packing or not fit for reselling. Customised or Personalised products cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances and are considered final sale as they are not our offering as stock products and personalised only for you and hence are not resalable.
