By placing an order on this website, you agree to these terms. They apply together with our Refund &
Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. About us
This website is operated by Mam Enterprise, Brand as Merry Poppin's Leather Factory, Kolkata, India.

2. Products
• We handcraft genuine leather goods. Leather is a natural material, so colour, grain, softness and marks
vary and can differ from product images. This is not a defect.
• Images are for illustration, and colours on your screen may differ.
3. Prices and payment
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless shown otherwise, and may change without notice.
• Prices exclude international shipping, duties, taxes and fees.
• Your order is confirmed only after payment is received.
4. Orders and cancellations
• We make all products to order, so we do not accept cancellations. Once an order is placed, it
cannot be cancelled.
• We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if there is a pricing or payment error, and we will
refund any amount you paid.

5. Customised and personalised products
Customised or personalised products are final sale. They cannot be exchanged or returned, because they
are made only for you and cannot be resold.
6. 10-year repair warranty (India only)
• We offer free repairs and warranty for 10 years from the date of purchase. This is valid only for
purchases made in India. The customer pays shipping both ways.
• Repairs are covered only if the product is not damaged by water, moisture, long storage in a damp area
or mishandling.
• Normal wear and tear of leather, hardware, outsoles, laces, normal thread cuts and moving parts is not
covered.
• Only broken hardware, a broken zipper, open stitching or a torn leather panel is repaired under
warranty. however if any part is unavailable changes may apply 
• Damage caused by mishandling is not covered by free repairs and will be charged for.
7. Returns, exchanges and shipping
These are covered in our Refund & Exchange Policy and Shipping Policy.

8. Intellectual property
All text, images, designs and logos on this website belong to Mam Enterprise or are used with permission.
You may not copy or use them without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of
our website or products. Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies at the time of your order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction only.
